Jake Hughes has been in the new home and real estate business since 1989. Starting off in high school he had a broom, dust pan, and trash can and swept out houses and cleaned up subdivisions for his father’s company. After a couple years of that he graduated to the framing crew and stucco crew during high school and college. After earning a B.S. in Computer Science from the Virginia Military Institute he spent five years at Newport News Shipbuilding in the IT and communications department and then went back to have fun in the real estate business with TURZAC Homes as a project manager for 3 years. For the last few years he has enjoyed making life easier for folks who are either selling their home or looking for their next home.
